A search is underway for a missing 21-year-old woman with autism, who was allegedly kidnapped by a convicted rapist in Bremerton . Hannah Davis was last seen on Saturday at approximately 11 p.m. near Stirrup Court N.
W. in Bremerton, the Washington State Patrol WSP has confirmed that Davis was taken by 21-year-old Leroy Franklin and is currently heading toward the Lewis and Thurston County areas. Police have spoken with Franklin’s family members and revealed to officers that Franklin knows Davis is a dependent adult, but also refuses to bring her home. Hannah Davis is 5 feet, 0 inches tall, and weighs approximately 124 pounds. Davis has brown hair and hazel eyes. Leroy Franklin is 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and weighs roughly 194 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes.
