No arrests have been made, police said
A police scene was in place at a park in Cheetham Hill this morning after a woman was raped in the early hours.
A police cordon was in place around part of the park this morning, with an entrance taped off. Pictures also showed forensic officers carrying out investigations at the scene. "No arrests have been made at this time, but enquiries are ongoing with officers at the scene. There is believed to be no wider risk to the public.
