Four in court for copper theft worth R10 million

Four people appeared in the Lenasia Magistrate's Court on Monday after they were found with copper worth approximately R10 million in the West Rand last week.

KZN Provincial Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi confirmed on Tuesday that they have taken in some suspects in following Saturday's shooting at Samkelisiwe Tavern in Sweetwaters, Pietermaritzburg. Police say an argument erupted when the man returned home during the early hours of Sunday morning.
