JUST IN | NPA to appeal R24.9m Nulane Investments judgment
The National Prosecuting Authority's Investigating Directorate said on Thursday that it had decided to appeal the R24.9-million Nulane Investments fraud and money laundering judgment. Last month, the first state capture trial ended in the discharge of the accused in the Free State High Court in Bloemfontein.
