Insolvency notice that cleared Tshwane mayor is fake, says Gauteng High Court
The chief registrar of the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria says Tshwane Mayor Murunwa Makwarela’s insolvency rehabilitation certificate is fake.

The nine women and eight men, between the ages of 35 and 60, include members of a school governing body in Atlantis. The Gauteng Department of Health has obtained a court interdict against National Education, Health and Allied Workers' Union members to stop them from obstructing health services in the province. SARS Commissioner Edward Kieswetter made the announcement following"considerable public interest and concern" in the president's affairs. This followed the revenue service's announcement that Hazim Mustafa, the Sudanese businessman who paid $580 000 in cash to Ramaphosa's Phala Phala farm, did not declare the money he brought into the country in December 2019. The money is subject to a probe by the Public Protector.
