NYC-based designer Mia Vesper, known for her commitment to recycling, collaborated with Bey's stylist Zerina Akers to create this custom one-shoulder gown with hand-tacked, Grecian-style draping and a cutout just above the hip. The dress is accompanied by fingerless gloves, a shirred neck muffler, a one shoulder tiered cape, and a large headpiece, all rendered in the same stretch rayon lurex plissé fabric as the dress.
"Beyoncé creates entire worlds for us; she transports and invites us into her unique world that melds her music with her ethos, politics, experiences, and style," Vesper said.
