A soccer-loving nun from Brazil is believed to have become the world's oldest living person at nearly 117. Sister Inah Canabarro, who was so skinny growing up that many didn't think she would survive childhood, is the latest supercentenarian to be validated by LongeviQuest, an organization that tracks the world's oldest people. Born on May 27, 1908, Canabarro's birth was registered two weeks late.
She lives in a retirement home in Porto Alegre, Brazil, where she enjoys cracking jokes, sharing miniature paintings she used to make of wildflowers, and reciting the Hail Mary prayer.
