Charlotte Hornets star Brandon Miller believes the Hornets will make the playoffs this year.
The Charlotte Hornets have been busy this offseason as they try to put themselves toward a better place of contention moving forward. Following another poor year, the Hornets brought in young coach Charles Lee to take over the head coaching spot. Charlotte believes that Lee is the right person for the job and that he can help lead this young squad forward. The Hornets have a good, young nucleus of players, including star guard LaMelo Ball, forward Brandon Miller, and forward Miles Bridges.
'With the addition of the Play-in structure to the playoff bracket, it gives more teams a chance to reach the postseason. Charlotte was 21-61 last season, 15 games behind the No. 10 seed Atlanta Hawks. While the confidence of Miller is great to see, it will take a lot of work for the Hornets to actually make his prediction happen. The Hornets haven't reached the playoffs since the 2015-16 season, except for a few Play-In appearances that they dropped.
