Who's going to try it?
Scomelette previously operated as a pop-up bakery in the city in Victoria Road and had their 'soft opening', a preview launch, earlier this week.
The team will serve up delights such as fresh bread, sweet pastries, cookies, lemon drizzle squares, pecan plaits, muffins and pretzel rolls. Tea and coffee will of course be available to accompany the sweet and savoury snacks, with beans provided by Glasgow-based ethical coffee brand Dear Green.
