Developers behind plans for a three-storey home in Bradford say it would create around 75 jobs.

A proposal to build the home on land at Kimberwicke Walk, near Harrogate Road in Eccleshill, have been submitted to Bradford Council.

A planning statement read: “The proposal represents an inward investment that would make effective use of the undeveloped and vacant application site and enhance this area of Bradford, which is in a highly accessible location."It continued: “Whilst the care facility has a demonstrable benefit through creating care home beds for the elderly, a 72-bed care home also creates around 75 jobs , providing employment opportunities for those that live in the surrounding area.
