'Boy Meets World' Star Ben Savage Is Running For Congress in California

Boy meets… Congress? Boy Meets World star Ben Savage has officially announced his candidacy to represent California’s District 30 in Congress.

This is not the former child actor's first foray into politics. In November, Savage ran for one of three seats on West Hollywood’s City Council and lost, earning less than 7 percent of the votes according to the Los Angeles County Registrar’s office. Despite the loss, Savage has now set his sights higher, running to replace Democratic Congressman
