Emergency services raced to Greenfield Park at Erskbank Street, near Shettleston, following reports of a 'disturbance' at around 8.15pm on Friday.
A young boy has been charged in connection with the attempted murder of a teenage boy in a Glasgow park.
Ambulance crews attended and a 16-year-old was found seriously injured. He was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment where he remains in a critical condition. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 13-year-old boy has been arrested and charged in connection with the attempted murder of a 16-year-old male during a disturbance in the Cranhill area of Glasgow.
