WOODLAND, California — A 13-year-old boy driving a stolen car has been charged with vehicular manslaughter after he caused a fatal crash while trying to flee from officers, police say.from the Woodland Police Department says an officer tried to pull the car over Saturday afternoon after spotting it driving erratically. The driver of the car didn’t pull over and instead went into an intersection, colliding with two other vehicles, with two of them catching fire, police say.
