Grade II Listed Lock and Key hotel was once recognised in the Top 100 British Hotels list
The Lock and Key Hotel, on Duke Street, has been put on the market by CBRE. The Grade II listed Georgian townhouse was recognised in the Sunday Times Top 100 British Hotels list back in 2019.
The original section of the hotel at 15-17 Duke Street underwent a repositioning and extensive refurbishment to deliver a 14-bed boutique hotel. The current owners expanded into 19 Duke Street in 2023, creating a further 12 high quality bedrooms, taking the total number of bedrooms to 26.
