Boris Becker arrives in Italian resort to tie the knot with new wife Lillian. The disgraced tennis star and his wife-to-be Lillian de Carvalho Monteiro arrived in Italy for their three-day-long wedding party.
The couple, who began dating in 2022, were seen for the first time since their three-day lavish Portofino wedding as they joined his sons for the Boss show at Milan Fashion Week on Wednesday.
Alongside a carousel of images from the wedding, Boris wrote: 'New beginnings… 'I want to thank Victor Monteiro for his blessings and everyone that celebrated this special day with us'Boris and Lilian married in an outdoor ceremony with beautiful gardens and celebrated in the evening with a four tier buttercream cake laden with white roses.
Strictly head judge Shirley Ballas commented on Boris' Instagram announcement: 'Amazing man with an amazing lady. Hope to see you soon hugs and love your friend' Una Healy added: 'Congratulations to you both', while Boris' son Elias typed three red love heart emojis. It's a serve of happiness for the tennis ace, who has six grand slams including three Wimbledon titles to his name, following a troubled period that saw him kicked out of the UK.
London-based Ms Monteiro is a political risk analyst and has three degrees, including a masters in African studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, and speaks five languages, including German, according to German newspaper Bild.
