Nogales International reportedly obtained several calls, which range from under 30 seconds to nearly eight minutes in length, this week regarding the Jan. 30 shooting death of a man identified as 48-year-old Gabriel Cuen Buitimea, of Nogales, Mexico, on the borderlands ranch owned by Kelly and his wife.
"And it's not alive," he said."So you asked if you need an EMT. I said, ‘No.’ I'm sure a coroner will be involved sooner or later."the Border Patrol Ranch Liaison to report an active shooter. In a call around 2:45 p.m., a Border Patrol agent, who identified himself as a supervisor at the Nogales Border Patrol Station, called the sheriff’s office to request assistance but already cast doubt on Kelly.
