Bonita plastic surgeon now facing murder charge in patient's death [Breaking]
A Bonita plastic surgeon pleaded not guilty Monday to murder in the death of a patient who reportedly spent nearly three hours in distress during surgery before anyone called 911.
Chacón’s attorney, Marc Carlos, said his client “remains committed to defending his name and practice.”Darvas has said Espinoza was about two hours into breast augmentation surgery on Dec. 19, 2018, when she went into cardiac arrest. Darvas alleged that three hours passed before anyone called 911. She also alleged that while Espinoza was suffering and in distress, Chacón left his left the room and saw four additional patients.
