MANILA, Philippines — Nearly a year after he assumed office, President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. has appointed a Secretary in the Department of Health .
Malacañang on Monday announced that Marcos has chosen doctor Teodoro “Ted” Herbosa to be at the helm of the DOH.During the height the COVID-19 pandemic, Herbosa served as a special adviser to the National Task Force Against Covid-19, offering expert guidance and contributing to the formulation of strategies to mitigate the impact of the virus.
