Bondi executive David Mark Hempton has been charged with multiple counts of rape after allegedly assaulting a woman less than half his age in his Rose Bay apartment.
David Hempton, a Bondi executive, has been charged with multiple counts of sexual intercourse without consent.State Crime Command detectives arrested Hempton a month later, on September 22, at Waverley and charged him with four counts of sexual intercourse without consent and six counts of sexually touching another person without consent.
Hempton was initially refused bail by police and taken before Waverley Local Court the same day before being released on bail by a magistrate.
