Former Bond Girl and Oscar-winning actress Michelle Yeoh has been elected to the International Olympic Committee.
Reigning Best Actress Oscar winner and former Bond girl Michelle Yeoh has landed one of sport’s most coveted roles.Yeoh, 61, starred alongside Pierce Brosnan in the 1997 James Bond flick Tomorrow Never Dies.In doing so, she became the first Asian woman to achieve the feat.
She has now been elected to the IOC Committee alongside seven other new members ahead of next year’s Paris Games.Upon her election, Yeoh said: “I remember when someone asked me, how did you become an actress?
