A note containing a bomb threat delayed 12 domestic flights at the Bicol International Airport on Monday, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) said.

The CAAP said the note was found inside the lavatory of Cebu Pacific flight 5J326, which was scheduled to depart for Manila at 10:45 a.m.A police bomb disposal unit inspected the plane.CAAP spokesman Eric Apolonio said 10 CEB and two Philippine Airlines flights were briefly grounded.

Apolonio said that investigation is ongoing and 'updates will be provided as the situation develops.'The lavatory where a note containing a bomb threat was found.
