The family of a passenger killed in an Ethiopian Airlines crash earlier this month sued Boeing Co. in a U.S. court, broadening the litigation faced by the plane maker over its 737 MAX jetliner.
Chicago-based Boeing is being sued by an administrator for the estate of Jackson Musoni, one of 157 passengers and crew killed when the Ethiopian Airlines jet crashed shortly after taking off from Addis Ababa on March 10.
