Knoxville Police commended the work of Officer Luis Sanchez after he pulled over to help a woman experiencing homelessness. The woman told him her partner is in the hospital and she was feeling sick. That’s when the officer returned with a puffer coat.

This footage from the Knoxville Police Department, shows the woman talking to officer Luis Sanchez in a parking lot. The woman proceeds to explain that her partner is in the hospital and now she is feeling ill.“Really I need a jacket,” the woman responds.
