Bodycam footage shows moments after Florida dads shot each other's daughters
on the side of a Florida highway in a road-rage gunfight over the weekend.
The clip, much of which is muted or bleeped out, shows Hale, shirtless, yelling and waving as police arrive and separate the fathers before an officer checks on Allison’s daughter.William Joseph Hale, 35, was read his Miranda rights before he was arrested, bodycam footage shows.“Ow, it hurts!” the teenager can be heard wailing in the clip.
Police received multiple reports of people being shot on Highway 1 near Callahan in suburban Jacksonville, Leeper told reporters. Hale, from Georgia, and local man Allison were “driving erratically” and brake-checking each other, Leeper said.
