The man's body was recovered from the water at around 9:45 a.m. in the 1300 block of North Elston Avenue, and he was pronounced dead on the scene, police said.The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office identified him as Noah Enos, whoEnos' girlfriend said he was disconnected from the coworker when he went to the bathroom, and they couldn't find one another after the concert. She said Enos' phone died around 10 p.m. and he never made it home.
ABC7 spoke with Enos' girlfriend earlier this week, while she was passing out flyers and searching for her boyfriend. "Tuesday morning, 10 a.m., is when I started calling around hospitals to see if he was there. So, Tuesday morning is really when it started to sink in. At 4 a.m. on Monday, I did drive by The Salt Shed. I think I had a gut feeling then something might be up because it's just not like Noah. Even if he did want to go hang out with a friend, he would tell me. He would borrow friends phone to tell me," she said.
Area Detectives are conducting a death investigation pending an autopsy by the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.that was supposed to be held at the Salt Shed Saturday has been postponed, organizer Kristen Kaza said.& Kido's social media pages for updates.
