An Elizabethtown College student is raising a future service dog on campus. In this week's On the Bright Side, we show you the pilot program.
The victim was a 17-year-old Manheim Township resident, according to Lancaster Police. The body was found at 3:44 a.m. on the 100 block of North Prince Street.
