, TBI Special Agent Brian Fraley testified during a bond hearing Monday for Evelyn's mother, Megan Boswell.Missing Tennessee toddler was born into family racked by chaos, violence Following the testimony, Sullivan County Criminal Court Judge James F. Goodwin increased the bond from $25,000 to $150,000 for Megan Boswell,That charge currently is pending before a grand jury. The judge said Boswell also is being held on a contempt charge in Sullivan County Juvenile Court, although details of that case are not public.
Fraley testified the remains appeared to be those of an approximately 1- to 1½-year-old girl that matched the description of Evelyn. The body has been sent for autopsy.Megan Boswell has no permanent residence or job, Fraley testified. She has out-of-state ties, and traveled to Texas in October 2019, he said.
