Police have confirmed a body has been recovered following an incident in east Lancashire that saw mountain rescuers called upon for help.
Police have today confirmed that a body was found during the incident. They said it was a non-suspicious death.Rossendale and Pendle MRT reported that it was called on Saturday and that they were contacted by police to assist with the incident. Due to the nature of the incident, the rescue team didn't comment further.
