A body was found in the water at White Rock Lake in Dallas on Friday afternoon.
Someone on the trail around the lake spotted the body face-down in the water near the spillway about 4:30 p.m. and called 911, authorities said. Dallas Fire-Rescue used a boat to retrieve the body from the water. The Dallas County medical examiner’s office has not yet determined the person’s cause of death, and their identity has not been released.
