A body was found on the street in front of Harvey Brown Elementary in Channelview. Classes were postponed until 10:15. It is unknown if there is any connection to a nearby incident, where a burglary or a motor vehicle occurred, and a homeowner followed the suspect vehicle and gunfire was exchanged.
