Rather than pull over, Doorley said she called the Webster police chief "to inform him that I was not a threat" and that she would talk to the officer at her house.In the video, Doorley can be heard saying "I didn't feel like stopping on Phillips Road at 5:30," to which an officer replied "That's not your choice; you know that" and "You broke another law because of that.
