Deputies stopped 46-year-old Kevin Kinds after he allegedly ran a red light. Footage shows the situation escalating quickly. The deputy, identified as Sgt. Coyne, is seen issuing commands and using force against Kinds, including punching him while he was on the ground.Sgt. Coyne reported that he feared for his safety, believing Kinds was resisting arrest and not complying with orders to show his hands.However, all charges were later dismissed, with his attorney arguing his rights had been violated.
