Prattville announced on Friday that Carver-Montgomery caoch Bobby Carr will take over as the program’s next head football coach.

“This is an exciting day for Prattville High School,” Prattville principal Daniel Farris wrote in a release. “Throughout this coaching search, we aimed to identify a championship-caliber coach. Partnering with a search committee, we are proud to bring Coach Bobby Carr to Prattville High School. We are confident he will elevate our program to the next level.”
“Coach Bobby Carr brings a championship pedigree to Prattville High School,” athletics director Blake Boren wrote in a release. His proven track record of success and his dedication to excellence make him the right fit for our school. According to data available from the Alabama High School Football Historical Society, Carr is 256-55 across 26 seasons as a head football coach in the state of Alabama and is a 10-time state champion.
