Julianne Hough reveals 'DWTS' champion who shouldn't have won

She added that the series made the changes because “we listened to what everybody said about what happened last year.” “I think all of us were a little stunned by it,” he shared. “Now why , I don’t really know. I don’t even know if they’ve told her.”
