The Oban favourite will try and curb the on course cursing but won't change how he speaks in the heat of battle
Bob MacIntyre will try and clean up his act when it comes to swearing, but insists he isn't going to change how he speaks to people.
Sky commentators had to apologise when McIntyre dropped a number of F-bombs . But he reassured fans and viewrs that he's swearing at no-one but himself and it's difficult to keep a lid on the language with his frustration boils over. He shot a 65 at the Old Course in St Andrews to move 12 under par for the tournament, which is the best way to stop the swearies. He said: “I am trying my best to improve it.
“The other side of it is I’m Scottish and it’s part of our vocabulary. It’s difficult, but I am conscious of it and I am trying my best not to do it too much.
