The man accused of killing Cash App founder Bob Lee in San Francisco had his preliminary hearing delayed another six weeks during a Tuesday court appearance in The City.
Tuesday was the first court appearance for Momeni since he parted ways with his previous attorney, Paula Canny, two weeks ago. Canny told reporters the split was due to a conflict of interest with Momeni, but didn't divulge any other details. According to Mission Local, his new Florida-based lawyers, Saam Zangeneh and Bradford Cohen, are awaiting approval to practice law in California.
