No boat was found to be at fault for the deaths of two children atSunnah Khan, 12, from High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire and 17-year-old Joseph Abbess, from Southampton, got into difficulty in the sea off the Dorset coast on May 31.
A man in his 40s arrested at the scene on suspicion of manslaughter over the deaths was released under investigation on June 1.
