Toronto Blue Jays general manager Ross Atkins spoke on the looming Bo Bichette trade rumors and his response was quick and to the point.
The Toronto Blue Jays are in for a very interesting offseason. While they have been connected to a ton of different free agents or trade pieces, the first priority will likely be extending their two young stars: Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Bo Bichette.But trade rumors have swirled around Bichette's name especially as of late.
'A lot of these rumors stemmed from the idea the Blue Jays would be looking to trade him before his contract ran up. Some insiders believed they would want to move him while his value was at its highest.But Atkins doesn't seem to be interested in a deal at all. In fact, this interview alone should put any Bichette trade rumors to bed, at least for the time being.
