Man City will be favourites to get the better of neighbours Man Utd in tomorrow’s derby.
Aguero scored the winner in City’s 1-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday in the FA Cup in midweek.
This is so, because Man United are a big club, and not competing on club football’s biggest stage is a major embarrassment and would irk their fans night and day. In contrast, Man City are second, a whopping 15 points ahead of their cross-town rivals and seven clear of Leicester who are in third place.
The player whom United may want to keep an eye on is Sergio Aguero. The diminutive Argentine striker scored against Aston Villa at Wembley last Sunday and got the winner too in their FA Cup win over Sheffield Wednesday inAguero, who himself has been hampered by niggling injuries this season, could well make United pay for any sloppiness at the back.
The Spanish manager will also almost surely look to Bernando Silva and his namesake David to drive the midfield forward with the great creativity that they have become known for.
