Mizu's revenge is not yet complete as she heads out to unchartered territories after the stunning season finale of Netflix's Blue Eye Samurai.

SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Summary The Netflix original Blue Eye Samurai ended on a promising note, offering a slew of interesting possibilities within its medieval Japan setting. Be it with the case of cult classics like Samurai Champloo or feudal reimaginings like Samurai 7, the legends of these Japanese warrior clans have fascinated anime fans for a long time.

Mizu Leaves Japan & Heads To London For Blue Eye Samurai Season 2 Much like Netflix’s semi-historical anime Yasuke, Blue Eye Samurai dealt with racism in medieval Japan. Owing to her half-white and half-Japanese heritage, Mizu had a difficult upbringing . With the local villagers burning down her house and killing her mother, the orphaned Mizu sought out the four white men known to be still living in Japan.

Ringo The loyal cook Ringo has been a regular accomplice to Mizu ever since he crossed paths with her. But it’s unclear whether he traveled to London with her. Regardless, if Mizu returns to Japan and needs any help, she has Ringo to fall back on. Abijah Folwer Mizu might have spared Fowler’s life but he still has a lot of rebuilding to do, considering how his plans to overthrow the Shogunate failed. Depending on Mizu’s future steps, she might just return to kill Fowler yet again. The open-ended finale still leaves the possibility that Fowler might be Mizu’s father, a fact that he’s probably hiding for his own sinister reasons.
