The Brenham, Texas-based creamery Monday rolls out an offering that's a nod to St. Louis as the brand enters the Missouri market.
Blue Bell is keeping quiet on a new flavor it's releasing Monday, but the Brenham-based ice creamery has served up a major clue. In November, Blue Bell announced that it was expanding to Missouri customers with a new distribution center to deliver its famous flavors to St. Louis and surrounding cities.

In a video teasing the upcoming flavor, a pint of Blue Bell was surrounded by what appeared to be Gooey Butter Cake, a Missouri staple beloved for its soft, buttery interior and flaky crust.
