BLF has been ordered to remove their slogan its regalia, social media accounts and website within a month.

The court recommended for possible criminal proceedings to be instituted against BLF and its leaders by the Director of Public Prosecutions/ NPA.BLF stands by 'land or death' statement

Last week, the Electoral Court found that the Independent Electoral Commission erred when it did not publish the BLF's registration in the government gazette. The Freedom Front Plus approached the court after the IEC dismissed its bid to exclude the BLF from the ballot. The court, however, made no ruling on whether the BLF was barred from participating in next week's election.
