Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War episode #11 is finally catching up with the Quincy defectors, like Bazz-B, as they confront their former allies over the attempt on their lives. Bazz-B was shown interacting with Haschwalth at the end of the previous episode, setting up a fight between the two former friends.
What Happened in Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3, Episode #10? Mayuri Finally Defeats Pernida ✕ Remove Ads Despite his apparent victory at the end of episode 8, Mayuri hadn't finished off Pernida quite yet. The massive arm exploded out of Ashisogi Jizo, destroying Mayuri's Bankai and unleashing a barrage of Quincy arrows laced with its own nerve tissue.
✕ Remove Ads It's unfortunate that Nemu dies right as fans finally get to learn about her, as she's been a very underutilized character in the series to date, rarely acting as anything more than Mayuri's trump card. The episode also featured a surprising cameo from Szayelaporro Granz, who berated Mayuri for his feelings towards Nemu. It's interesting to see that even so long after Granz's defeat, he still has a hold over Mayuri's mind.
✕ Remove Ads A significant amount of backstory exists between Bazz-B and Haschwalth, which will presumably be a key focus of the episode, much like how Nemu's past was in episode #10.
