Blake Shelton thanked his wife Gwen Stefani for throwing the 'greatest birthday ever' and his fans for the birthday wishes while sharing a glimpse into the festivities on social media.

In a second photo, the Grammy winner could be seen sleeping in a bed with silver balloons above him that read “Happy Birthday.” The space next to him was filled with black and white pillows, and there were also several other balloons white balloons strewn about the ceiling., Shelton thanked his fans for their birthday wishes and revealed that the big bash happened in Italy. He shared a photo of himself riding a bicycle with a helmet on as he traveled along an Italian street.
