Following a lawsuit filed by Blake Lively against Justin Baldoni for alleged sexual harassment, Baldoni's crisis PR team is suing Lively. Jed Wallace and Street Relations Inc. allege that Lively falsely accused them of involvement in a smear campaign and seek millions in damages.
Blake Lively has been sued by Justin Baldoni’s crisis PR team amid the It Ends With Us costars’ ongoing legal battle.
Wallace claimed that Lively asked a judge to authorize the taking of his deposition. He alleged that she falsely accused him of being a subcontractor to a company called TAG to 'assist them in their unlawful retaliatory social combat campaign' against Lively. Lively’s legal team responded to the filing in a statement to Us, which read, “Another day, another state, another nine-figure lawsuit seeking to sue Ms. Lively “into oblivion” for speaking out against sexual harassment and retaliation. This is not just a publicity stunt—it is transparent retaliation in response to allegations contained within a sexual harassment and retaliation complaint that Ms. Lively filed with the California Civil Rights Department.
The latest lawsuit comes days after Lively and Baldoni’s lawyers met for a pretrial hearing on Monday, February 3. In the 90-minute session, Judge Lewis J. Liman noted that the March 9, 2026 trial date could be moved up if the complaints continue to be “litigated in the press,” per Deadline.
