Ryan Reynolds revealed that his and Blake Lively's fourth child is named Olin - and there's a sweet family meaning behind it.
There is no denying that Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have done a great service to the nepo baby industry — after all, they've produced four of them. And these nepo babies are extra special – because they have consistently provided inspiration for some very, very good Taylor Swift songs. In fact, we probably wouldn't even have the iconic fictional love story of James and Betty without them. But I digress.
According to The Bump, Olin is a name of Norse origin that means “ancestor's heir.” And as it turns out, the name may actually have some personal significance to the couple's ancestors. I've done some internet sleuthing and it appears that Lively's maternal grandfather was named James Olin McAlpin. They've already named their eldest daughter James, so this is all making perfect sense. Plus, her maternal grandmother's name was Willie Inez.
