A property described as the "most sought after house" in Blackpool is on the market for just over £1m.
The large detached house in Division Lane is described by agents Reeds Rain as "Blackpool's most sought after address". It boasts five bedrooms - all en suite - as well as a helipad and fishing lake. The grounds also include a log cabin and a one-bedroom self-contained annex. The grand front of the property is evocative of a Roman mansion.On entering the front door visitors are greeted by a sprawling staircase in the centre of the entrance hall. The kitchen has full length windows showing off the extensive lawned gardens.
There is also a large conservatory, several reception rooms and water features both at the front and rear of the property. Lion statues guard the entrance hall from the eaves and all the bedrooms have modern built-in furniture. Despite being described as Blackpool's most sought after address the listing was reduced in price in July of this year. The house is currently being marketed by several agents.
