Blackpink's Jennie has apologized to the public after she was seen vaping indoors.On X , Jennie's label Odd Atelier released a statement addressing the controversy."We sincerely apologize to everyone who felt uncomfortable with Jennie's actions in the content released on July 2," the agency began.According to them, Jennie has "acknowledged and deeply regretted her mistake of vaping indoors and causing inconvenience to the staff.
"According to a report by Soompi, a video of Jennie vaping indoors fueled controversy in social media on July 8. As seen in the footage that was part of a vlog uploaded to Jennie's YouTube channel on July 2, the K-pop singer was vaping indoors while getting her makeup done and blowing smoke towards the staff. The scene has since been deleted.In December, Jennie launched her own label, Odd Atelier, which will focus on her promotions as a solo artist.
