Representing the Chicago Blackhawks, first-time All-Star Alex DeBrincat certainly made a memorable debut in the NHL Breakaway Challenge.

The NHL All-Star weekend festivities kicked off in Las Vegas with the All-Star skills competition.

First-time All-Star Alex DeBrincat was part of those festivities as he competed in the NHL Breakaway Challenge. In what could be the first of many appearances for theThe 24-year-old had some tough acts to follow which included Anaheim’s Trevor Zegras donning an Average Joe uniform and paying tribute to the movie “Dodgeball.” He was blindfolded and had balloons thrown his way by NHL mascots and managed to score either way.

Not to be outdone, DeBrincat, accompanied by a Mike Tyson look-alike and Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Derek Carr, paid his own tribute to the movie “Hangover.”
