Blackburn 'shooting': Person 'shot dead from car' outside Lidl
Police were called to King Street at 3pm to reports of an"unresponsive woman" following gunshots heard in the area. The woman has been taken to hospital with serious injuries. No arrests have been made.Up to seven police cars at the scene with a police helicopter flying overhead. One man at the scene said:"Still got the armed response gathering evidence.
